Why did Commissioner McVoy give campaign money to a known Anarchist, Peter Tsolkas?

Mr. Peter (Panagioti) Tsolkas is the leader of Everglades EarthFirst! headquartered here in Lake Worth, Florida. Mr. Peter Tsolkas is an avowed, unapologetic Anarchist. What if I told you an elected Lake Worth Commissioner, Christopher McVoy, gave campaign money to Mr. Tsolkas? He did and here is the proof:
