     You can visit Tuscany this weekend by way of downtown Lake Worth, thanks to St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church.
     The downtown Lake Worth church is hosting its 10th annual summer wine and cuisine night Sunday, blessing the event with a Tuscan theme.
     On the menu: Italian regional dishes with an emphasis on Tuscan fare.
