Important Paragraph in Morganti's October Report

Note the second bullet point.  Based on direction given at the 11/3 special City Commission meeting on proposed tenant leases, the direction was given to build the second floor as designed.  That is, to be a stand alone second-floor restaurant instead of a single two story restaurant.  It will be interesting to see if there is any attempt to bring Johnny Longboats back, given the new make-up of the Commission.  It is a shame to do work that would have to be undone, but that is the way things are at times.  The cost for design and a hole to accommodate access was in the $35,000 range.
