This is what is proposed for what is referred to as the Chapel-by-the-Lake site.  Just east of the Palm Beach Atlantic campus and south of the middle bridge in West Palm Beach.  Currently proposed at 29 stories and around 400 feet tall - which must include parking.  The structure to the south is existing.
