From the City's RFQ for Construction Manager at Risk...Documents by Dr. Cut N. Paste?

"The term "professional services" means those services of architects, auditors, dentists,
engineers, landscape architects, lawyers, physicians, psychologists, surveyors and any
other professional service as determined by the City."

This definition of professional services appears on page for the RFQ - I found it funny that the list of professionals would include dentists, physicians and psychologists.  The need for psychologists I think we all understand, a doctor in case someone has a heart attack from stress and a dentist since getting the city to cooperate is like pulling teeth.
