Public Information Sessions Available on Upcoming Ballot Questions

In addition to the long list of candidates, there will be many complicated ballot questions on the November ballot.  The County’s Legislative Affairs Department will be  conducting countywide public information sessions on the state and local ballot amendments/initiatives  appearing on the November 2^nd ballot. 

Below is the schedule for these upcoming workshops. Please note that these are education sessions and are not intended to advocate either for or against any particular amendment.

In case you didn’t notice……..It’s Election time! In addition to candidates, several ballot initiatives will be voted on this year. Often times these can be confusing. Come learn about the different initiatives from the County’s Legislative Affairs Department and get a clearer picture of what you’ll be voting on come November. An educated voter is the best voter! Preregister by contacting the telephone numbers provided below (as requested).  The program will take approximately 60 minutes.
