G.A.K. Partners, developers of the West Palm Beach waterfront condominium planned for the Chapel-by-the-Lake site on Flagler Drive, may intervene in theactions filed by Citizens for Thoughtful Growth to try to block construction, Palm Beach County Circuit Judge Catherine M. Brunson has ruled.
But her May 7 order said G.A.K. cannot file any motions or counterclaims or take part in the gathering of facts in the case.
She said the city “is a ‘responsible governmental entity’ that is well-able to protect the interests of G.A.K.”
