Vice Mayor Shelly Petrolia said she has no reservations about firing Chapman. She was particularly incensed at his continued denial of any wrongdoing.
When asked to “come clean” by commission members, Chapman said he had nothing to come clean about.
“With that I just had to throw my hands up,” Petrolia said.
