I'll try to track down the accurate square footages this week. Note that these were last negotiated in 2003. Details and direction of the RFP will be discussed at this Tuesday's meeting - along with the disposition of the building and what to do regarding the March 31, 2009 date to close the building. From the back-up material, the city is looking at requiring review of the four (4) different reports on the building for some conclusive opinion. We need to remember that the last one was done by a private firm that wanted the $10 million project.
