Lake Worth CDC - Recent History

Right after the election, I thought it more than interesting that Lynda Mahoney became President of the Lake Worth CDC. You might recall that Lynda Mahoney was Commissioner Jo-Ann Golden's campaign manager. She is also the same person that used County funds to demolish a contributing historic structure on North O Street. Apparently, she didn't possess the correct combination of leadership skills to remain in that position for long.

Ed Grimm is the new President. Ed is a nice guy that I have known for quite a long time and has a significant amount of redevelopment experience. He is finishing up a major project on South K Street at this time.
