More rumor control: Why there was no CRA update at the last City Commission meeting

No, Weetha. It's OK. It's not a conspiracy.

On this blog last Tuesday (9/20), reported that item 5B, "Community Redevelopment Agency update" was on the City Commission agenda. CRA Director Joan Oliva was out of town and the item should have been deleted from the agenda.
