Final Review of the Gulf Stream Hotel renovation plans by the Lake Worth Historic Resource Preservation Board (HRPB)

Below is a playlist of videos from last night's HRPB meeting. The board reviewed and approved the Certificate of Appropriateness applications related to changes to the existing historic hotel, the new addition on the west side of the property and a parking garage. They also approved the demolition of two structures on the property to make way for the redevelopment project. I will be pulling out selected sections of the meeting.
