Also of note is the following - worth quoting verbatim: "The City has also undertaken a new initiative in our permitting process, allowing a much quicker turnaround. The walk-through building permit program, where on any Wednesday a permit applicant may walk in with a minor permit application and walk out with a permit has proved to be extremely popular with contractors and homeowners alike and participation in Walk-through Wednesdays continues to increase."
