the published Public Notice:

On Monday, September 24 [TONIGHT], 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Lantana Town Council Chambers located at 500 Greynolds Circle, Lantana, Florida, continuing from time to time and place to place as may be necessary, the Town Council will hold a Public Hearing to consider the following applications:

CASE # SE18-0003 Request from Lantana Development, LLC, to modify the previously approved Special Exception (SE17-0002, SE16-0004 and SE15-0002) for the Planned Mixed Use Development known as Water Tower Commons located at 1199 W. Lantana Road

Request by applicant, Lantana Development, LLC, to modify the previously approved Special Exception Approval for the mixed use planned development known as Water Tower Commons located at 1199 W. Lantana Road. The applicant proposes the following modifications: (a) request for parking reduction relative to Section 23-131(c)(7) and Schedule 23-131(c)(7) in order to reduce the required parking ratio from 2.5 parking spaces to 2.15 parking spaces; (b) request to amend the master signage program for the commercial phase in order to allow three (3) additional monument signs for the east residential pod; and (c) request to install along N. 8th Street a perimeter fence in lieu of a masonry wall as required by Section 23-81 (j)(6).
