First, here are are some quotes from last August 16th by the mayor and City commissioners as well about our City of Lake Worth’s historic preservation program:

“The City of Lake Worth, Florida, is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for the Lake Worth Historic Preservation Design Guidelines. The goods and/or services being sought include, but are not limited to, researching, planning, designing, and writing a comprehensive historic preservation design guideline document, in compliance with the State Grant Agreement and Chapter 1A-46 of the Florida Administrative Code.Time is of the essence and any proposal received after 3:00 PM, Monday, October 2, 2017, whether by mail or otherwise may be rejected by the City.
