This is a cool find, but a grim reminder of the age and condition of our city's infrastructure.  When is Second Avenue North gong to be officially two-way again?  I know that we are waiting on the proper signalization at the RR tracks.  The traffic flow around that intersection is confusing, given the traffic light configuration, signage and pavement markings.  Click title for link to article.
