Two questions this morning...

This is not a quiz, as I don't know the answers:

1. I have heard that a bomb threat was called into the main switchboard during the City Commission meeting last Wednesday.  Does anyone know anything about this or is it just a rumor?
2. Who are the "Dirty Dozen?"
