Boil Water Notices

Effective immediately there is a Boil Water Notice for the following addresses:

1232, 1230, 1226, 1224, 1222, 1220, 1300, 1332 South Dixie Highway

1307, 1319, 1325, and 1331 South L Street

between 5th Avenue North to 8th Avenue North and L and M Streets.

The reason for water interruption is to a repair a water main break. After the water service is restored customers will be under a boil water order and are requested as a precaution, to boil all water for a period of three minutes for drinking and food preparation.

The Dixie Highway addresses will be in effect until 8:30 p.m., Monday, November 24, 2008.

The 5th Avenue North to 8th Avenue North addresses will be in effect until 12:30 p.m., Monday, November 24, 2008.
Residents will be notified if additional water samples need to be taken and if the City needs to extend this notice. Door hangers will be passed out.
