The community redevelopment agency will dole out a half-million dollars to help pay for the city's high-profile tennis tournaments next year.
CRA board members said their financial investment in tennis is sure to return to the city through increased business from visitors.
The board tonight also discussed other aspects of its $23.7 million budget, which includes only the second decrease in tax-increment financing dollars in two decades.
