Utility Drive-thru Payment Window Closes Today!

Sign at the Utility customer service area in the City Hall annex says that the window is closing. You have until end of business today to use the window - tomorrow will be too late.

And, of course, an important announcement like this merits no "Tropic Mail" or statement on the City's website. Can we please get in the habit of announcing things like this?

Wouldn't it be great to eliminate these parking spaces and replace them with bike racks and a lawn area!
