Retha Lowe's "Thank You" Celebration
Yesterday, I headed out to La Bonne Bouche and joined a lot of great people in celebration of Retha Lowe's successful campaign and re-election to the District #1 City Commission seat. Thank you Retha and her campaign team for a wonderful reception.
