The Villages at Lake Worth - Model Open by November!

The leasing office is now open in the commercial facility (office/warehouse) on the north side of 2nd Avenue North. Here is a view from that property's western driveway.
This is their flier they are giving prospective renters. We saw a few leave with the information while we were there.
Here are the floor plans with the associated rents written in pencil.

Which housing complex do you think is going to be better for the city? This new one where younger people with money to spend downtown will be living or the cinder block fixed income financially challenged senior center across the lake where they don't pay any taxes or spend any money downtown?

They'll be Section 8 housing within 2 yrs unless that whole area gets fixed up and All Aboard FL is a massive success with the stop right there.

Pathetic coffins....space-saving for the New World Order to depopulate the suburbs and rural areas, cramming everyone into multi-roomed 'cells' where we all go to die...
