By the way, previous City Manager Reports seemed more objective and balanced. This one seems heavy on the propaganda side of the scale. It reminds me of the same self-congratulatory breaking each other's arms patting-on-the-back that goes on amongst some members of the City Commission and now extends to members of the CRA too, I understand.
