Trolley's coming to Dixie Highway in West Palm Beach?

Eliot Kleinberg at the West Palm Beat blog has this news about more trolleys possibly coming to our neighbor to the north:

     West Palm Beach envisions a free north-south trolley along Dixie Highway.
     Commissioners, sitting as the board of the city’s Community Redevelopment Agency, are set to vote Monday to ask the Palm Beach Metropolitan Planning Organization for a “Local Initiatives Program” grant for the buses.
     A staff memo for Monday’s CRA board meeting doesn’t give any dollar figures.
