Now to  “Babytime a Hit at the Lake Worth Library” by Ruth Reading:

Fourteen babies brought their parents to Babytime at the Library on Friday, Sept. 7. They had a great time crawling around playing with colorful foam blocks while their parents got acquainted at the first program of the season designed for infants up to 12 months old.

Once everyone was introduced, the session began. It included singing, rhymes, stories, and plenty of lap activities for the parents and their babies. Each session is just 20–25 minutes long, leaving plenty of time for the caregivers to chat.

and. . .

The next Babytime will be held in the City Hall Annex at 11 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 5. The program is free and does not require preregistration.

The City Hall Annex is a short stroll across the Cultural Plaza from the Lake Worth Library.
