Maybe time for a community clean-up at the pier? Update

Juan Ruiz points out that it is in Benny's lease to maintain the pier. They have been contacted and shown these pictures. This is the section of the lease that applies to pier maintenance.

A friend of mine posted these on Facebook. Many people are commenting and expressing their disgust. Does someone regularly clean the pier?
