Fort Worth, not Lake Worth, rolls out a bike-sharing program on Earth Day...


Three hundred bikes available at 30 different stations around the city.  You can read all about how the program works by clicking here.  Annual memberships are $80 - bike locations and usage is tracked by GPS and RFID cards and records the number of calories burned and greenhouse gas emissions saved. All information is then uploaded to a personalized webpage.
