Familiar names on list to be Hallandale Beach city manager - Hallandale Beach - MiamiHerald.com

It still seems to be all about Susan.  Apparently her current position with Ft. Lauderdale is a "make do" while she waits for one where she can exercise her considerable administrative prowess. Click title for link.

Hopefully Hallandale, won't do what Lake worth did and fall into the trap of think, oh, hire for diversity and feel sorry for Stanton. That was a big mistake. Honestly, with her change and all, I do not think she is well mentally, she has issues that make her treat people the way she does, she is not a good choice to give a lot of power and leadership too. The one tool that is important for leaders to have is kindness, and Stanton does not have this important tool to lead a city, the public and people who would have to work with her do not deserve the kind of treatment she gave so many of us here, I don't care what Lynn Anderson says about Stanton. She is not well and is a poor choice until she gets the help she needs, I hope the committee in charge of hiring her will see through her.

A couple of funny items in Dale's post: He said Stanton doesn't have the "one tool".
Does ANYONE care what Lynn Anderson thinks?

Just wanna say.........Jamie Eisenhauer wasn't well either. It was attributed to all the hormone shots he had to take for the transition, as I was led to believe. And, he couldn't achieve a satisfying completion in the love making act, being the one in eleven who can't...again, as I was told. He contracted brain cancer and was a danger to others and himself in the end. Yikes, was it worth it?

I have serious doubts that the person who posted as "Dale" is the "real" Dale.

The above poster has a very distinct writing style reminiscent of several other posts here and LA's blog...it's a shame he feels he has to post under other peoples names and just not use his own.

Stanton's biggest problems during her vetting process include respected X Dept heads being solicited as to their experiences with her AND municipalities that are customers of the Utility Enterprises will gladly share their views of her lack of professionalism, effectiveness and integrity.
Of course the dramatic cost over runs on the beach might be mentioned or the terrible out comes of negotiations she handled personally.
With the upcoming firings of her hand picked staff, maybe they can write a book or start a TV series.

And we can all blame Scott Maxwell.

Dale is the one who needs a few hormone shots.
