Slideshow: College Park Sidewalks

College Park is known for some of the worst sidewalks in the City. The one in front of my house (a corner lot) is an example of some of the poorest in the area. Today while walking my dogs, I noticed some numbers made with thick yellow chalk on some of the worst sections, but not on all, only on Pennsylvania. There were some across the street too. Is this part of the City's inventorying of sidewalks that need repair or replacement?
